Minpunten

You probably won't do what you are hired for and have multiple other duties put on your plate without being complicated for taking on the new roles while doing it all with no training or path on forward, you're just supposed to figure it out. Middle management needs to invest in training and guiding their people in the task they assign them.

Decisions often come from corporate scheduling templates, materials used, treatment protocols so dentists and staff have less say. Pressure to book heavily to maximize revenue. double-booking, shorter appointment times, and feeling constantly rushed. High staff turnover They tie bonuses to production and collections and set number so high it’s impossible to hit unless you are in an bigger office. Corporate policies over people Policies feel rigid—time-off requests, scheduling, or even how you interact with patients is dictated by corporate rules rather than what makes sense in the moment. Employees feel like just a number rather than a valued individual. They also do not appreciate employees.
