Pressure to book heavily to maximize revenue. double-booking, shorter appointment times, and feeling constantly rushed. High staff turnover They tie bonuses to production and collections and set number so high it’s impossible to hit unless you are in an bigger office. Corporate policies over people Policies feel rigid—time-off requests, scheduling, or even how you interact with patients is dictated by corporate rules rather than what makes sense in the moment. Employees feel like just a number rather than a valued individual. They also do not appreciate employees.
