Undervalued No understanding of the role or the Business at depot level Co only cares about money and not people Very weak leadership at all levels Lack of direction Panic and reactionary decisions made Too many self serving individuals at the detriment of the Business Poor processes and no care for staff or the customer. All about profit

good pay, good canteen, good managers, nice environment, big parking space, many vending machines, a lot of toilets, nice scanner, light packages

Minpunten

last people, poor transport, it stinks, too much of the people telling you not to do something, at first I couldn't i understand, but then I became even more angry
