      I’ve been with DPR for almost 10 years and it’s a great place to work. I’ve worked in 3 different offices and it’s consistently been a great experience because the people are amazing.

      Minpunten

      DPR can be a place where you’re given a lot of room to operate in your own way which most folks appreciate. I’ve seen it be a challenge for some who need more structure. Especially those who come over from other large GCs who value that.

      We appreciate hearing your perspective about working at DPR and are glad that you've had a great experience across offices. We couldn't agree more that we have an amazing team here! We do work differently than other GCs, and we know that it can take some time for new teammates to get used to that. That's when our coaches, training programs and talented teammates can really make a difference in helping people adjust to working somewhere new. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts!

      Large projects teams get lost in the sauce. Everything can become a dog and pony show, client relations become more important than the wellbeing of staff
