Pathetic salary - bare minimum. Will give all the excuse to not pay you market rate Claims to be ethical but again its bare minimum. Not brash about breaking rules like other Indian consulting company. But use the same tactics, takes money for filing H1-b, H1-B transfer, replying to RFE etc Have only few clients and does not have many options Run so many in-house projects, which have no market value, but claims to give you training and use that project to validate H1-b application Will call you from India, with no client project, and then pretend to be under duress and ask you to take pay cut, and work on in-house projects Take unnecessary interviews just ti give impression that there are many candidates
