Trilon weighing on Executive Leadership crushes the talent causing extremely high turn over and low retention. DRMP has the highest turnover rate of all Trilon owned firms. Priority of safety over production is nill with a huge E-MOD Rating, they'll never land large Federal Opportunities due to high amount of industrial claims. Lastly, from Senior to middle management, obsessive and oppressive micro-managing kills motivation to do your best or excel at all....and of course it's all who you know in each office. Don't look for advancement opportunties here.
