Operations- expect tight deadlines, they will look for someone to blame if delayed. I've been in ops before but the team leads will also be accountable for your mistakes so you take the learning journey together. This is due to the maker checker rule. 5. Given number 3 and 4, you will commit mistakes and they will take that against you on the performance review and on your prob period with no room for explanation and defense. 6. No compassion. you will not be given a chance for an adjustment period so they will expect you to make a difference even on your first months if not, they'll just dump you. 7. Always changing management. so think twice.
