Lack of projects and BDM have no visibility as to whats gonna come. no career assurance. if you are on bench they can send you home anytime. they will place you anywhere for any job they have with them irrespective of ur skillset of career goals.

This is not an accurate representation of DWS. We do not send people home when on the bench we have a policy of leaving early on a Friday if you are on the bench. We certainly do not hire people if we don't need them. Danny Wallis CEO

Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
