      You’re a full time employee paid weekly

      Unfortunately seems to be a body shop, as long as you’re engaged on a contract with a client you’re good. But if times look economically challenging for management and you are not at a clients … high probability you’ll be shown the door, this is the new norm. Once working there don’t expect CPI pay raises ( even though your charge out rate will)

We appreciate your candor and are saddened to hear about your experience, which we can only assume was at the end of your time with us given you stayed for 10 years. If that's not the case, understanding why you chose to stay with us for all those years despite the points raised, would help us improve and address any issues more effectively.

      Thank you for the 4-star review, however it would seem you have the wrong company. DWS is an Australian IT consultancy, do not have a 'Director of Finance' role, and have no staff in the USA.
