6yThank you for your feedback. We are disappointed that you were not able to find a home here with the DaBella family. Here at DaBella we do strive for excellent communication within the company. We post weekly video updates, send shout outs to sales people and loop in those applicable. We have a transparent open door policy (as long as you have your mask on) and employees are encouraged to discuss any frustrations with their leader or our on-site HR department. Our CEO does travel from market to market but can be found in the corporate office most days. We apologize that this hasn't been your experience and we wish you the best and you move forward.
