DaDa is a company that truly cares about its employees. They offer some of the highest hourly rates of any online business. Additionally, they incentivize their employees with attendance bonuses as well as fun monthly competitions. They are constantly recruiting teachers and students, so your schedule will be fully-booked early in your tenure with them. They have created an online community for their teachers that makes it feel more like a traditional business instead of an impersonal online language school. I feel blessed to have found this company.

I wish I wouldn't have wasted my time working for other online companies before I found DaDaABC. They are head and shoulders above the competition. My advice to prospective teachers would be to only consider working for DaDaABC if you are willing to commit to a fixed schedule. They take contracted hours very seriously, as they should. They put a great deal of emphasis on building a rapport with regular students.
