Pluspunten
- The pay was very good and structured scales for earning bonuses - I could create my schedule based on my life, and if my circumstances changed, with enough notice, I could alter that availability. - I could easily travel to visit family (although, mind timezone change) - The shifts are all within a 3 to 4 hour time frame, however long you work, it's over quickly and most of the day is still yours. - Really awesome to establish long-term connections with students with you for a year or more.
Minpunten
- They allow students so young who shouldn't be in online lessons; can feel more like glorified babysitting. - Depending on where you live, it's mostly Chinese evening times, so for me, that usually means starting my mornings at 4 or 5am. - Sometimes communication between DaDa staff and us as employees is confusing.
