Pluspunten
- Good support from staff - teaching/reminding you of how to use software, procedures, etc.
- Good support if you need to relocate, etc.
- Some very nice people. Others not so much.
- Some nice business trips across the country
- Free lunch everyday
- Some managers treat you really well, even taking your team to dinner more than occasionally, and try to bond with employees. Other managers are not like this at all - depends on your team. So good luck.
- Upper management also tries to create community within the company.
Minpunten
- A really 'Korean' environment - not quite culturally diversified.
- Everyone is not fluent in English, so there can be internal communication issues.
- Okay pay & benefits
- You will get some pretty ridiculous assignments/busy work
- Many times, there is a total overload of work - If someone leaves the company, others are to pick up the slack, without any guarantee of a new hire to replace the person.
- So, there are quite a few times where you may need to stay longer than the 8:30-5:30 hours. Again, depends on your department.
- Many branches have a male majority.
