Disclaimer: My review is heavily biased towards an engineer in the company TLDR; A Typical service based company. You might have decent learnings if you are lucky. This company runs on exploiting freshers. This is one of their core-strategies. 3 month notice period is just crazy. If you want to make a switch, no company will hire you because of 3 month notice period. I have seen so many colleagues suffering because of that . Some managers are good and some are bad. Sadly, I have seen ones who exploit thier subordinates being appreciated more than the former just because they nail the deliveries. If you are a top performer, than the company will take care of you otherwise you will rely on luck. I spent 4 years in the company * First things first, no doubt i learnt alot in these 4 years. Both in technical and non technical department. * Got to work on projects of different domains. Some big, some small but overall a good learning experience. * Having said that, I consider myself to be one of the lucky ones because many of my talented colleagues didn't get as much as exposure and they left the company within year or two highly dissatisfied. * In pre-covid days also company was flexible with WFH policy * There is alot of young talent in the company. However, as per my observation most people are not satisfied with the company and they are keen on making a switch. * Training process is somewhat good but depends on your mentor.

* If you are lucky you will get to work on tech of your choice otherwise you might be switching technology every 3-4 months. * Basically, company does not care about your interest. They will assign you the tech as per buisness requirements. * I have seen people getting assigned as QA or BA despite of their wish. Just because there was a requirement! (Happened to 4 of 14 people who joined with me). * Appraisals are fine only if you are top 10% in the company. Otherwise it's peanuts. (I was a decent performer and got average 13k hike every 6 months) * If you join, be prepared that YOU and most of your peers will be on constant hunt to make a switch.
