Post Covid, HR hosted some good events throughout the year, including team building activities and I learned a new system.

The culture at this organization is deeply problematic. I've been with this company for many years and have witnessed numerous employees come and go due to poor treatment from management. While the pay might seem acceptable initially, the intense workload and lack of support from leadership quickly outweigh any perceived benefits. A pervasive culture of blame and fear prevents employees from raising concerns, with complaints often met with financial settlements instead of genuine resolution. This environment is unsustainable and damaging to employee morale and well-being. I would strongly urge prospective employees to look elsewhere.
