Covid 19 closed it down with the risk of people's health and time lock messed up alot

They do listed even if they cannot at that time correct a specific situation. You are valued for your skills. They are understanding of outside conflicts and will work with you.

Sometimes personality clashes get in the way of work. These are being worked on or around. Advancement from position to position is slow.
