      1. Solid “made in-house” product range of industrial gearboxes and hydraulics. 2. Could be a good time to be involved as a full transition into the “Dana” way takes place. A possible huge opportunity as agriculture, mining & marine pivot to Electric powered mobile machinery. Dana already has a significant presence in EV drive transmissions.

      Pluspunten

      FMLA was standard and they were accommodating to pumping mothers. A standard 4 day 10hr shift that was doable Unionized Held safety meetings

      Hard to be fired, good benefits, double time Sundays.

      No room to grow. Pay scale is a tier system based on a union contract that we negotiate every 3-5 years and the raises are never more than a dollar or two. They offer apprenticeships that you only get if you are related to someone and have some kind of friend up front. Qualifications mean nothing you learn more you do more and get paid less than then the tier 1 employees which makes the newer highers also not want to work so you will be in limbo working harder for nothing.
