There was a lot of favoritism and established circles, which made the work environment less team-oriented. The new management was out of touch with what the floor workers deal with every day. There wasn’t much organization from management. There was a lot of confusion from the top down. We were being pushed to meet numbers that weren’t practical under normal working conditions. A lot of decisions from management felt unorganized and inconsistent.
