We are glad you recognise the wonderful people who work at Data Interchange.
We have had some talented people leave recently, and we are really pleased we were able to help them develop their careers. However, we still have over 100 amazing people, working in 4 different countries, driving the business forward with many more talented people joining us in 2021.
The business has a consistent strategic vision. We have made some adjustments to how we actively deliver our strategic vision over the past couple of years in response to the challenging times faced across the world over the last two years. We acknowledge that in some cases this might have felt like "180 decisions" have been made, however, the Leadership Team have always made any decisions to adjust the course we are taking with the best interests of the business and our people at the heart.
It has been a challenging time for us all, particularly our managers and some of our teams. We are working hard to provide training and support to our management teams to be the best they can be.
The owners of the business made the decision to take a step back from actively running the business over two years ago. They entrusted the skills, experience and knowledge of the Leadership Team to run the business and care for our people,
