      Great core of staff which creates a nice atmosphere to work in Nice offices, with a break out area Knowledgeable colleagues who help you do your job well A relaxed place of works which means you don't feel too stressed. If you are struggling to do something DLG will always try to help you succeed. Many social events throughout the year which helps the team bond

      Sometimes people are too focused on processes rather than solutions which mean it can take longer to get things done. Decisions can be made that are too focused on the short term.

      Great commission opportunities, awards and benifits: company cars includ sports cars, hit targets on a regular basis and you get holidays, shopping sprees (all worth a lot in cash value) Great team atmosphere in the sales department, great office (PS2's and big screens) and great office parties!!

      hardcore sales environment, sell or die attitude, lots of cold calling: if you're good at it this isn't a con!

      Can be a good opportunity for "Yes People" who follow orders and do not ask any questions

      Management set rules that are not allowed to be questioned, if you do question them, then on your head be it. Very much a rigged game set by management. The most clique company I have ever seen!!!!
