Ho iniziato a lavorare in DA come carriera di passaggio tra un vecchio lavoro e un ipotetico nuovo impiego ma mi sono trovato così bene che alla fine sono rimasto qui. Serissimi, puntualissimi con i pagamenti e i progetti sono stra interessanti.

Minpunten

Purtroppo il lavoro non c'è sempre, non dipende da loro, ma la quantità di progetti è una grave mancanza che ti può far passare settimane (o anche di più) senza lavorare.

Pluspunten

Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

Minpunten

The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.

1 Inconsistent workload. Sometimes no projects and sometimes too many. 2 No communications with others in this job.
