No benefits 1099 position - no taxes taken out Some qualifications are unpaid so you take a chance to gain new projects with no pay. They can let you go for any reason and will no communicate with you why. You have to take an exam and pass and be onboarded - you may never hear back from them and will never know if you passed the exam

Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

Minpunten

The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
