      Really healthy company to work in. This is outsourcing, but you are able to choose project where you want to work in. Very friendly people. A lot of company events.

      Sometimes you could work with harmful client, work/life balance may suffer.

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Minpunten

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
