Colleagues are strong professionals and always ready to help — great team spirit. Wide variety of projects across different technologies and domains, so you can always find something that matches your interests. Active internal community: trainings, meetups, workshops, and mentoring opportunities. Open and approachable management with minimal bureaucracy.

Honestly, I didn’t notice any significant downsides. Like in any outsourcing company, the experience can depend on the specific project.

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Minpunten

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
