Indecisiveness and lack of direction from top, is blamed on the lack of productivity at at the bottom. CEO preaches about culture every year and yet zero actions taken by him or C-Suite. "Great Place to Work" - don't believe it. It was rigged, and it was also because everyone was too scared to vote honestly, despite it being "anonymous". It wasn't. People who didn't vote favorably were called out. They hire incompetent people managers because they want to drive a fear-based culture. HR is too busy running cute events to focus on real problems, and management does not want to hear it either. Just don't work here. You're going to waste your time, and mental effort. If you want to grow in your career, go work somewhere else. If you want a company to retire in, this isn't it either. Unless you like these kinds of companies and thrive in them. There is also a strong culture of nepotism and bias towards a certain "race" here.
