- Too much of body-shopping projects - Focus on too many PoCs that are destined to remain unsuccessful PoCs for sake of sustaining the revenue - No solution is really scalable but half way ready to be adjusted and implemented - Developers will usually get not further over MVP stage (it's consulting business so to be fair not a problem of the Company) - Before starting a project, due diligence of investigating user needs and feasibility is neglected. The PMs and leader have limited experience in (AI) Product Dev. and mng. - The Company tries to scale through hiring more ppl and doing more projects instead of scalable products competing on market
