Pluspunten

Non-political atmosphere, with tone set from the CEO on down. Lots of very smart people capable of doing great things. Strong use of Open Source tools, but with "bigger company" processes scaled appropriately to match need.

Minpunten

Trying to move beyond SBIR-funded projects. Too dependent on limited funding sources, at least for today. (This problem does not only apply to DataSoft, but other small companies)

Minpunten

Lack of top-down long-term goal setting by management contributes to uncertainty and frustration among some employees. Other difficulties for a small company in an industry dominated by a few large companies.
