Redvision was an amazing company to work for. You felt appreciated, they had very competitive pay and the work was great.

They were bought by First American and downsized almost to the point of nonexistence

Pay is close to minimum wage and they do not do raises as "it's not in the budget" and "the market dictates your pay." No bonuses or holiday parties. Terrible communication from management. They expect you to just be grateful you have a job, and that's almost an exact quote from them. This company does not have a good reputation in the industry, and for good reason. Poor work/life balance and high stress. Those who have worked here for a few years seem like they "drank the Kool aid" and will defend this company and its terrible practices. They offer benefits but don't want you to use them.
