The company has significant issues that potential employees should be aware of. Firstly, the leave policy is very poor. The pantry is unsanitary and often serves as a habitat for rats and cockroaches. There are water leaks everywhere, making it impossible to eat in a clean and pleasant environment. The bathrooms are worse than typical public toilets and employees are required to go down seven floors to use them, which especially poses a problem for women. Additionally, the incentives for sales are extremely low, making them hard to achieve. The targets set are unrealistic, almost as if only aliens could meet them. While freshers may not have a strong opinion about the corporate world yet, those with experience should think carefully before considering employment here.
