Supportive peers, nothing much other than that.

Minpunten

Very low pay considering how heavy the workload is. The leadership is shortsighted and don’t see the employees as capital. The turnover rate is getting much higher leaving a big mess.

Nice coworkers with good backgrounds. A lot to learn from. Chances to take on ownership of tasks.

Minpunten

Lots of after-work hours. Employees' voices can not be heard. Employees' feelings can be hurt.
