All parts of the organization report horrible WLB in company-wide surveys. -“New managers” who can’t manage -Significant office politics on some teams -Gossip. Not all employees safeguard job-specific information from individuals on other teams. -Equity. Be extremely careful to understand what you’re actually getting and when at the time of negotiating your Databricks offer. You may be getting far less value than you thought you were. -Lack of diversity in many parts of the company -No 401(k) match
