The work environment is toxic, with excessive micromanagement. You’ll often be required to work extended hours to meet SLAs, and overtime is not compensated. The workload is overwhelming, and there’s little regard for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this as a good place to work.
