Was called for interview by Awantika from HR even when I said that jd doesn't match my profile but still she insisted that I should appear for interview..after sitting in their office for an hour I was interviewed just for 5 minutes where the manager asked all irrelevant questions..
Don't waste others time and train ur recruiters properly about how to shortlist candidates at first place.
