1yThank you for your honest feedback. Firstly, we appreciate you acknowledging your talented colleagues as well as the good benefits and work-life balance we offer.
On the other hand, it's disappointing to read that you find your work environment to be dysfunctional and unsupportive, particularly your concern regarding the mental health of yourself and/or others. We assure you we take employee wellbeing very seriously. We offer avenues outside of the organisation via our MokaCare partnership to seek support if you feel it's needed. When it comes to the changes in culture you've highlighted, company culture is indeed an ever-changing element, and the culture at Dataiku will continue to be influenced by many things. For those with longer tenure, the changes we experience as the company grows may understandably feel more significant. It is, however, a part of the journey of a company as it matures. If you feel there is more we can be doing to accompany Dataikers in this respect, please don't hesitate to share your ideas - we welcome this feedback!
We're also sorry to hear that you don't feel our leaders are close enough to the day to day business. We expect all leaders to develop their teams to feel empowered to make the greatest impact, but also to provide support as and when needed. We also know that managing people is not always easy, and so we encourage open and honest feedback between all Dataikers and their People Business Partners or, if they aren't comfortable doing so, via our anonymous employee survey or confidential reporting platform.
Lastly, we are naturally concerned to read your comments regarding HR in particular. The People team endeavours to provide the best possible support to Dataikers in all manner of situations. If you have concerns regarding a specific situation or HR support more broadly, we would encourage you to raise this either to your manager, local leader or again via our anonymous reporting channels so that we can better understand your concerns.
