The managers and partners of the company are here everyday working with you side by side and are there in case you need to voice an opinion. I love this company for the people, the culture, the flexibility, and the work life balance.

Because its a small company, you may need to perform multiple roles to help out the company in addition to performing your billable roles. Resources may be limited compared to larger companies.
