Nice office building (house). Majority of staff are very friendly. Personally it was a great learning opportunity for me, and my direct manager put great care into the development of my professional career. Paid Christmas break. Employee benefits available after probation period of 3 months.
Minpunten
Steep learning curve, not for the faint-hearted. David Small Designs pays low salaries to all new junior staff. Based on what I was paid, I think they ignored my education and qualifications. Upper management lives in an imaginary world where they ignore many issues and make little effort to improve the daily operations of their employees. Upper management does not truly value the relationships with their own employees. Forced employees to use Smartsheet. I resigned and provided two weeks notice, as well as a recommend replacement. David Small Designs hired my recommend replacement, and then let them go before their probation period finished, AND then dismantled the department. I left on good terms, but was not happy when I heard about all the terrible decisions made by upper management after I left.
