Pluspunten
-Good Benefits such as 401K and Employee Stock Ownership
Minpunten
-Constantly putting you down -Poor pay unless you're in sales -Female Discrimination -Overwork you/ too many hats on one person (aka just the PCs) -Over promise, under deliver -Promise you promotion or change, and never give it to you -Underpay all the women unless in sales (including female builders) -One female builder was being paid 50% less than her male counterparts. -I personally (a female), received a promotion after 4 years (had to fight to be paid 5k more and they didn't give it it to me) then found out another co-worker (a male) in another city was had just started in the same position and was being paid 20K more than I was. He sent me the break down of the position and pay and I was technically supposed to be making $40K more than I was since I had been there for 4 years. -When I asked to be paid in line with the position, I was told by management that 27 year olds don't make that much money. When I told them I was leaving, he then offered $20K for me to stay which I refused because at that point it was too late and I would be making more than that at my new company anyway with the opportunity for bonus. I was offered a management position consideration in 10 years, as if I hadn't proven myself the 4 years I had been there in which I was one of their greatest project coordinators, enough to offer me $20K to stay. -Upper management then told me they were only trying to give me "fatherly advice" - demeaning and sexist. -The company culture is male centered and intolerant; owner has sent out his recommended list of who to vote for in the 2020 election.
