      The culture at Davis is phenomenal! They truly treat each employee like family and genuinely appreciate the hard work we put in. Just an all-around fabulous company to work for.

      Minpunten

      The only con I can think of is that since Davis is a development company, if the site you are working at sells and there is not another site opening soon, there might not be an available position for you. They are very open and honest when this happens, and you have plenty of time to make decisions.

      The culture of our company is a reflection of the incredible associates we employ. Each employee is empowered to do great things to reach their goals as well as the organization’s goals. In allowing this engaging environment it is fun and challenging and gives all of us a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work we do. Since we are a developer, we do in fact value transparency. As soon as we are under contract to sell, we make sure to start the planning process with the staff. If we can take our superstar performers with us to another lease-up, we will. Sometimes the geography doesn’t work at the time, but we tend to continue to build in areas where we have been before…so be sure to be on the lookout!       I have truly enjoyed my experience working for Davis Development. The company culture is one of the biggest reasons I am proud to be part of the team. Employees are treated with respect, appreciation, and genuine care. It's refreshing to work for a company where you don't feel like just another number, but rather a valued member of the organization whose contributions are recognized. They care about your family too, my kids love they have received birthday cards. The people throughout the company are supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other's success. Upper management is approachable, understanding, and always willing to listen to concerns, discuss ideas, and work through challenges together. Their open-door approach creates an environment where employees feel heard and empowered to make a difference. Davis Development also takes pride in delivering a quality product while maintaining a strong focus on its people. The company understands that happy, supported employees are key to long-term success, and that commitment is evident in the way team members are treated every day. Overall, Davis Development is a company that values its employees, fosters a positive culture, and provides opportunities for growth and meaningful contributions. I am grateful to work for an organization that genuinely cares about its people.

      Only true con is the insurance change but everyone has been so helpful to navigate the issues. Other than that maybe just some more training in the beginning stages.

      Working for Davis Family has been an incredible experience. It truly is a great company to work for—they treat their employees like family, creating a positive and supportive environment every day. Everything about the company reflects care, respect, and a strong sense of teamwork. I especially want to thank Lee and Jen for being such great leaders.
