I have truly enjoyed my experience working for Davis Development. The company culture is one of the biggest reasons I am proud to be part of the team. Employees are treated with respect, appreciation, and genuine care. They care about your family too, my kids love they have received birthday cards. The people throughout the company are supportive, collaborative, and invested in each other's success. Upper management is approachable, understanding, and always willing to listen to concerns, discuss ideas, and work through challenges together. Only true con is the insurance change but everyone has been so helpful to navigate the issues. Other than that maybe just some more training in the beginning stages.
