Like every IT services company we invest a lot of training the freshers on new technologies and processes before they can be deployed on projects. So that we don't lose resources as soon as they are project deployment ready and to retain the resources we have bond in place but we have never ever misused the bond. Last two years were difficult for all small and mid size companies and we were no exception.
