      Weekly Pay. Lunch on Fridays. Flexible Schedule. Fair work life balance culture. - I personally went through a life altering event and received full financial support from the owners while being out. -Prior to that I was a top carrier sales rep volume wise, the vast majority of my time there. Unfortunately, my health condition collided with my emotional state of being and ability to perform cordially. Even though things did not work out, it’s not a bad brokerage. *SW

      Lack of reasonable market understanding and or communication amongst management. Not all, but just a couple. Undercutting, and no call logging for carriers.

      Pluspunten

      When I first joined this company, I had no prior experience in the field. They did a very great job of teaching me how to become successful at this job. This company truly invests in its employees, not just as workers, but as people. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow here and highly recommend it to anyone who’s motivated to learn and be part of a supportive team. This is a great environment to grow in and the employees are great people. Also, there is breakfast on Mondays and lunch on Fridays which is a great perk.

      The hours are tough at first (7am-4pm) but you eventually get used to it and it is nice getting out at 4pm.
