My experience at Dealr.cloud was disappointing due to several key challenges. The work environment was marked by a lack of trust and support from leadership. I encountered situations where communication was mishandled, and assumptions were made without proper investigation or evidence, which impacted my ability to perform effectively.
The HR department failed to foster a fair and balanced approach to conflict resolution. In one instance, I was let go without sufficient review of the circumstances, despite my proactive efforts to clarify the situation. This person had other HR issues with other people already, and discussed it openly.
Additionally, there was a tolerance for inappropriate behavior, including the hiring of individuals whose conduct was concerning and unprofessional. This created a workplace dynamic that felt unsafe and unproductive.
Efforts to bring positive change were met with resistance, and there was little empowerment from leadership to address systemic challenges. The lack of managerial support ultimately set me up for failure.
I would not recommend this company to those seeking a healthy, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Plus, they pack you close together, making it hard to have a call with other people talking over you and around you, watching your every move on video cameras.
