They are worried about one thing: stealing money from doctors so that he can sell the company. The product is essentially meaningless due to lack of funding on the back end and high turnover rate. Save yourself the time and find a company that actually cares about you.

You get a glimpse of the startup world. It might feel eye opening at first if you have never experience it before.

- The workload is absurdly heavy. - Decisions are pushed through without any discussion. - It creates constant disorder, severe conflict, and relentless exhaustion. - You are suddenly forced to carry the work of three people because leadership decided change was necessary. - There is little effort to build a structure that actually keeps clients. - It is already hurting results and will keep doing so long term if nothing changes. - As an employee, you push yourself to stay and keep clients satisfied. - Eventually, the workload outweighs the pay. - That is the point walk away. - That is exactly what I did.
