No cons, just challenges common to most jobs and companies. We are young and we constantly evolving. Sometimes you will work on a project with undefined processes. It is important to bring strong critical thinking skills and a curious mindset to work each day. In a distributed workforce, it is also crucial to be a self-starter. You'll have all the tools and support you need, but it's up to you to make the most of each day. You will not be micromanaged, but you will be expected to meet KPIs. We are doing well and we are busy. It is important to stay organized and be efficient. Everyone pitches in to help everyone else and it works well because we all pull our own weight.

- The workload is absurdly heavy. - Decisions are pushed through without any discussion. - It creates constant disorder, severe conflict, and relentless exhaustion. - You are suddenly forced to carry the work of three people because leadership decided change was necessary. - There is little effort to build a structure that actually keeps clients. - It is already hurting results and will keep doing so long term if nothing changes. - As an employee, you push yourself to stay and keep clients satisfied. - Eventually, the workload outweighs the pay. - That is the point walk away. - That is exactly what I did.
