      Death Wish totes an attitude of being "cool" and "anti-corporate" amidst a rapid decent into corporatism. When, in a mandatory public forum where they ask for feedback from employees; I asked if they would consider hazard pay for unsafe weather conditions, they responded "no", and a few weeks later offered me two weeks paid vacation and unemployment if I resign

      - Great coworkers - Consistent growth - Clear expectations (recently... it hasn't always been this way) - Transparent about company goals and measurements - Good work life balance and flexibility, encouragement to work hard but not make work your entire life (can depend on your manager) - 65% paid benefits, 401k match, parental leave, free coffee, PTO, last week of the year off

      - Constant change, positions have been eliminated - Manager roulette, some managers are amazing and supportive, others are micro managers, and some are somewhat unengaged. Whoever your manager is can make or break your experience. -Limited growth opportunities, in comparison to larger companies (can depend on your manager)
