Pluspunten
DeepCell is a small team, but every person is passionate, more so than most other places I've worked at. CEO and leadership are awesome - they are super understanding, give you the autonomy to do your best work, and push you to grow. They encourage creative thinking and always bringing new ideas to the table, because new ideas are always heard and appreciated. The environment is very fast-paced, so there's always something interesting to do. While DeepCell encourages a healthy work-life balance, I found myself spending extra time on projects, without being asked, just because I really loved what I was doing. I really appreciated my time at DeepCell because it gave me a lot of opportunities to practice new skills and be constantly learning.
Minpunten
The fast-paced environment can be overwhelming if you are not used to a startup environment. I personally prefer this type of work, but I understand it may not be for everyone. Since DeepCell is involved with a lot of new industries, there's a bit of a learning curve if you're not familiar with the work that they do. However, I never felt discouraged from asking for help or guidance whenever I needed it.
