Pluspunten
-Good enough hiring process.
- They prefer polite people, self learners, curious people who have an adequate amount of technical knowledge over the people who know (or pretend to know) a lot of "programming" and are actually jerks.
-One of a kind training procedure, for newbies.
-Cool trainers. Not of the kind we had in colleges/universities who made us all sleep.
-IMMENSE learning opportunities. Not exaggerating but I've learned how to use an average of 4 new technologies per month since the last 3 months...And I'm still learning new things.
-Since the hiring process filters out all the jerks, people here are very helpful, polite, friendly. Good environment the workplace has.
-Speaking of the workplace, the infrastructure is beautiful. We all like it here. Some people don't leave the workplace..... like ever. JK.
-Lastly the food is really good here. Especially on Fridays. :P
Minpunten
-Since this is a start-up and the number of people working here are not in hundreds, people are kinda busy. When there happens to be a doubt and you need someone (Some senior) to clear it there are only a few people you can talk to , sometimes only one. So either you have to clear it yourself or wait for them to be free. Not actually a con actually(Because you are supposed to be self learners and debug problems yourself).. but still.
Otherwise I haven't encountered none up till now.
