Good atmosphere (although not in every team). Incredible and inspiring people who are experts in their fields. Benefits like training budget. Salaries are quite ok. Remote work (but only hybrid options are available for our new employees).
Minpunten
The company used to be known for its excellent translation products, but now it's losing its focus and is spreading itself too thin. There has been inconsistent communication: the company announced that it was in good condition, and then suddenly fired 40 people (before I also heard about people from other teams leaving or being fired). I'm not sure if DeepL will survive the next 3 years.
