One of them does the work for all the others, who are either absentees or unprofessional and inefficient Nobody cares for the wellbeing of the team One of the in particular has proven to have no managerial skills. He is never available, and can never assists in solving issues, because he is too busy micromanaging agents he personally dislikes. The problem has been discussed in the team several times, but no improvement so far. Hard work and competence are not acknowledged, agents are treated like machines.
