Personally, I tend to think outside the box and explore unconventional ideas. At times, I hoped there would be more flexibility in how concepts are presented and evaluated. However, I also understand that organizations involved in research, technology development, and national security often need structured processes and clear requirements to effectively assess proposals and manage projects. Despite these challenges, the experience remains valuable, and the opportunities for learning, collaboration, and professional growth continue to outweigh the limitations. The structured environment may not suit every working style, but it does provide clear expectations and pathways for participation.
